My exaltation for the exam was really high. I thought that we where going to take a 30 to 40 question test. I didn't think that we where going to have to do a lot of vocabulary. I thought that we where going to have questions about how we can identify thing and how are things are similar. It was a good thing that I just didn't study one thing and study vocabulary and how I was going answer the questions. The test made you think but that wasn't the hard part the only problem I struggle was how to making everything a complete sentence. When I prepared for the test I went over all the notes I took from day one and looked at the vocabulary. Then I looked at the arrivals and study them and looked at the questions I asked in them and seen how I answered them and how did I take notes on them. The only things that you have to worry about on short answer is did you answer the question and did you give enough evidence in a complete sentence. When you are studying you just have to know how to study to where things will stick in your head. You can't wait till the last day to get everything down. If you could just remember everything that the professor talks about and took notes then you should be good. I felt really good about the short answer questions that the part I think I did good. On the vocabulary it's like I study but when I take test I can't remember nothing that I study so I think that I did fair on it not good but not bad. Other than that I think that it was everything that we was told in class.

How I am with words so far at this point in my life? I am farther than I really expected to be in life with words. As I look back at the different things in life and see how words have made an impact on my life in a good way.
   As growing up you learn how to spell and define words and get to know the meaning of them. Word can benefit you or they can hurt you in many ways. When you where younger you would watch tv shows or movies and I would watch the movie years after it has came out and when I watch it I get a whole different perspective on it. Because when you are younger your vocabulary is shorter than what you know when you get older. Words have helped me also because when I am reading it gives me a different out look on what I read or a different meaning. That's why it is good that you expand you vocabulary so that you can understand it. When I was a junior it high school we would take visits to colleges and all the college board people would come and talk to us and we would have no clue when they make jokes or use some kind of words that we have not heard of. But when we would go back to the college and rehear what they have told us or what the joke was we would say oh that's what that means. Words help me talk to people who are like high in a company or an interview because when they go to talk proper you have to know how to comprehend with them. That's why my senior my English teacher would stress about how we would talk to people. He wanted to make sure that we would be ready to talk to people the right way and not as text or as we would do a freind over the phone. Am artist that really say his words deeply to me and has a long variety of words is Eminem. That's why he is famous now because the way that he talk to people and how he can relate to them. It's just the way he uses his words in the correct way.  You have all types of words that are out there. Words can be used in so many ways to hurt to make you feel good or sad. So it is very important that you understand words because you are going to need them throughout your life.

My name is Jacoby Bowens from Crockett Texas. That's were I went to school at for four years. I stay with both parents my mom is a high school teacher at the school she teaches 9th grade. Dad is police officer there in Crockett too. I have two sisters and one brother. I did all four sports football, basketball, track, and baseball. I always played on varsity all four years. My family go to rodeos and we all do different events in the rodeo. Me and my brother did team roping and my sisters  and mom all barrel raced. I have won fourteen buckles and three saddles. I like bow fishing me and my freinds would always go there and go bow fishing. My dad is a pastor at New Pleasent Grove and that's where we have been attending church at since I was three. I want to go to college Ag  business dealing with animals and different types of plants. I use to bull ride until I got hit in the face and the bull smashed the left side of it. My family has 12 horses that we own and 300 head of cattle. Hog hunting is another thing that I like to do. Me and my freind would catch them and sell them about 50 to 70 bucks a peice. We got paid for something that we loved to do. I plan on finishing at Texas A&M. After I graduate I want to get me a good office job in a company making 70,000 a year or more. Then some where down the road I want to go and open my own business. After I get all my money right. I want to sell farming equipment and things that are dealing with growth and the product that farmers grow. I just want to learn how to study and be a good college student in college. So that I can be the best I can.
